By booking with Blaster Box, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your rental.

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due on the day of delivery
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional fees may apply for delivery outside our standard area

• Cancellations 7+ days prior to event: Full refund
• Cancellations within 7 days: Subject to cancellation fees
• Weather-related cancellations handled case-by-case
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund

• Customer assumes all responsibility for proper use of equipment
• Adult supervision required at all times during use
• Customer liable for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear
• Blaster Box not liable for injuries resulting from misuse
• Customer must follow all safety guidelines provided

• Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose
• No shoes, jewelry, or sharp objects on inflatables
• Maximum capacity limits must be observed
• Customer responsible for keeping equipment clean and dry
• Any damage must be reported immediately

• Equipment may not be used in severe weather conditions
• Wind speeds over 25mph require equipment shutdown
• Rain may require equipment to be covered or removed
• Final weather decisions rest with Blaster Box
