All rentals include professional setup and breakdown, X-Shot Excel Reflex 6 nerf blasters, foam darts, safety goggles for all participants, custom targets, and on-site supervision by our trained operators.

Safety is our priority. If severe weather is forecasted, we'll work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge. We'll assess conditions on a case-by-case basis and communicate with you well in advance.

Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept cash only for all payments.

We serve events throughout Toronto. Contact us to confirm availability for your specific location and discuss any travel considerations.

Space requirements vary by package. Generally, you'll need at least 10x10 feet for our standard setup. Larger packages may require up to 15x15 feet. No electricity is required for our booth operation.

Safety is paramount at Blaster Box. All equipment is regularly inspected and meets safety standards. We provide safety goggles for all participants, age-appropriate blasters, safety briefings before play begins, and trained operators supervise all activities.

Absolutely! We use the X-Shot Excel Reflex 6, which has a very safe FPS (Feet per Second) rating and is designed for participants of all ages. All participants must wear safety goggles.

Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to cancellation fees. Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis with full flexibility.

Yes! All packages include trained operators who will set up the equipment, provide safety briefings, supervise activities, and handle all breakdown and cleanup. You can relax and enjoy your event.

Yes! We love creating custom-designed targets to match your event theme. Whether it's Pokemon, superheroes, or any other theme you have in mind, we can design targets that bring extra excitement to your event. This is included in our Standard package and above.

Our nerf target booth is suitable for participants aged 5 and up. We have blasters appropriate for different age groups and our operators ensure everyone plays at their skill level safely.
